These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of T-Skill Studio ("Studio"), the contributor portal used to author, review, and publish learning content for the T-Skill platform. By creating a contributor account or using Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Studio.
When using Studio, you agree that you will not:
As a contributor, you retain authorship credit for the lessons, questions, flashcards, glossary entries, and other material ("Contributions") you create in Studio. However, by submitting a Contribution for review and publication, you grant T-Skill a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, and distribute that Contribution as part of the T-Skill learning platform, including making it available to students and other contributors, and editing it through the normal review and revision process.
You confirm that any Contribution you submit is either your own original work or that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If your contributor account is terminated, Contributions you have already submitted and that have been published remain part of the T-Skill platform under the licence granted above, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may suspend or terminate your contributor account, at our discretion, if you breach these Terms, submit content in violation of our Acceptable Use rules, or if your contributor status changes (for example, following a review of your application or ongoing contributions). You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your access to Studio ends, but previously published Contributions are handled as described in Section 2.
Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-Skill excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding Studio's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. T-Skill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Studio, including loss of content due to factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Studio's functionality or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Studio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required, we will ask you to re-accept a new version before you can continue contributing (see the agreement-version gate on your onboarding record).
